However, RESP3CT shall not be held liable in case of a technical impossibility to connect or interruption, whatever the reason and whatever the cause is attributable to RESP3CT or no (e.g. force majeure, maintenance, update, user’s system failure, etc.).
We cannot guarantee that the service will be fault-free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to info@resp3ct.io and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. If RESP3CT is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on RESP3CT Website we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.
